Is a classic french pastry, created on the basis of a chestnut confit and revisited in the form of a tart. Our chef Gael, chose to combine it with a note of blackcurrant in order to introduce a refreshing and exciting new touch. Pairing this with cottage cheese lightens the dessert, while the meringue adds a crispy unexpected texture.
