Hazelnut / Milk Chocolate is a part of our new Contraste Spring / Summer collection of cakes. The inspiration was to explore contradictions in taste, ingredients, textures while respecting the harmonious balance of colour and flavours that will leave you wanting more!

Hazelnut / Milk Chocolate consists of hazelnut dacquoise, toffee caramel creamy with more hazelnut, and mousse made with milk chocolate from Madagascar.
