Coconut / Rhubarb is a part of our new Contraste Spring / Summer collection of cakes. The inspiration was to explore contradictions in taste, ingredients, textures while respecting the harmonious balance of colour and flavours that will leave you wanting more!

Coconut / Rhubarb is a Vanilla sponge cake with green apple spread, rhubarb confit, coconut mousse and crispy meringue.
