– Smoky ganache made with a naturally smoked chocolate from Papua New Guinea and coated with criollo milk chocolate 43% from Madagascar
– Dark chocolate from Dominican Republic ganache infused with a millesimal Pu-Erh Tea  and coated with criollo dark  chocolate 70% from Venezuela
– Criollo Milk chocolate 43% from Madagascar ganache and coating
– Filling made with cream infused over night with roasted coffee and coat with criollo dark chocolate 70% from Venezuela
– Milk chocolate and toasted coconut ganache and coat with criollo milk chocolate 43% from Madagascar
– Pure criollo chocolate 62 % from Venezuela ganache  and coat with the same chocolate but in70 % version

All cream used is fresh from Hokkaido, our butter is AOP butter from Poitou Charente and almond are from California only
Our chocolate are only single origins, no blend and no chocolate from Africa
