Please note: Once the product is delivered, we cannot be responsible if it is lost or damaged from the environmental conditions in which it is left or that develop after its delivery.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made by us at the Sweet Fashion House manufacturing facility in Hong Kong. We never sell products produced by other manufacturers.
My order is a gift. Can you print a gift card for me?
Absolutely. We can print your personalised message on a branded Sweet Fashion House gift card.

Do you have a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Our products are developed to the highest standards.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or do not like the flavour of our products. We understand that mistakes can happen, but if you require any changes to your order or if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been prepared, you will be charged for your order.
However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com.
Please provide details and attach a photo of the damaged goods. We will replace your product or refund the full value as quickly as possible.

We enjoy creating cakes that you will love. If you have a certain flavour in mind, our chefs are more than happy to suggest the best flavour combinations to produce your dream cake.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes, we do. Each wedding cake is custom made, so the production time is longer than for our standard cakes.

Yes, we do as a special order request. Please contact us at email@example.com to enquire.
We will carefully copy the image onto icing sheets, using 100% edible ingredients. The entire cake, including the image, will be delicious and safe to eat.
I want to order a box of chocolates, can I choose the selection?
Our chocolate box selection is a fixed selection only, carefully created by our talented chefs.
Do you make chocolates for party favours and bonbonnières?

When will I receive my order?
Once you have ordered online, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include the delivery details.
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Discovery Bay. Delivery to other outlying islands is currently unavailable. We deliver daily from 12:30 – 17:00.

Payment Delivery Refunds
What is your payment policy?

What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
When placing your order, please give clear delivery instructions, along with details on what to do if you are not present to receive your order. Our products have individual temperature requirements, so please consider this in your delivery instructions.
Sweet Fashion House accepts no liability for products damaged due to poor conditions after being delivered according to your instructions.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer FREE Hong Kong delivery on all orders over:
- HK$500 throughout Hong Kong (excluding Discovery Bay). For orders less than HK$500, we charge a HK$70 delivery fee per order.
- HK$800 for Discovery Bay. For orders less than hk$800, we charge a HK$150 delivery fee per order.
Delivery rates for all custom orders will be quoted individually.

I did not collect my order. Will I be refunded?
Unfortunately not. If you select ‘self pick-up’ when placing an order with us, collection is your responsibility.

Can I deliver to more than one address on a single order?
Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you would like your products delivered to multiple destinations, please order them separately.

Can my order be delivered when the weather is hot?
Yes, your order will be delivered in a climate-controlled vehicle to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
We will deliver in all weather conditions, except when there is a typhoon signal T8 or greater, or a Black rain signal.

Handling & Storage
Should I refrigerate my cake? How long can I keep my cake in the fridge?
Yes, we recommend refrigerating your cake to keep it fresh. You may keep your cake in the fridge for up to 2 days. After this, your cake will no longer be fresh and we advise you not to eat it. Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh.
How should I store my chocolates?
To keep your chocolates looking good and tasting amazing, please store them in an airtight container, protected from air and moisture.
Can I freeze my chocolates?
Never. When you thaw frozen chocolate, the appearance and texture of the chocolate changes.
It is best to keep our chocolates at room temperature, so you can enjoy them with great satisfaction.
