This set of 12 cakes includes; Mille Feuille, Flan Parisien, Mont Blanc, Grand Cru, Bubble Tea, Seasonal Tart, Tart Tatin, Caribbean Truffle, Pink Grapefruit, Amber, Flat White, and Black Diamond. *Kindly note that Flan is not available on Mondays, we may substitute with another piece from the same collection.
- Mille Feuille; puff pastry, caramel toffee cream, light Mascarpone cream
- Flan Parisien; vanilla custard puff pastry
- Mont Blanc; chestnut cream, blackcurrant and blueberry jam, meringue, pearl de yoghurt
- Grand Cru; cocoa shortcrust, Jamaican 73% ganache
- Bubble Tea; shortbread with muscovado, pu-er tea mousse with molecular black tea caviar (egg-free)
- Seasonal Tart; freshest in-season fruit, almond shortcrust. Changes daily.
- Flat White; cocoa sponge and white coffee mousse cake with sesame gel
- Tart Tatin; caramelised apple with light Fromage blanc, almond cream
- Caribbean Truffle; cocoa sponge with grand cru rum ganache, cocoa jelly, Jamaican chocolate 73%
- Amber; pecan and milk chocolate mousse cake with yuzu spread, papaya mango jam (gluten-free)
- Pink Grapefruit; honey madeleine and pomelo mousse cake with mango and quince jam
- Black Diamond; black tea sponge and coconut mousse cake with blackberry jam (gluten-free)
