Hazelnut / Milk Chocolate consists of hazelnut dacquoise, toffee caramel creamy with more hazelnut, and mousse made with milk chocolate from Madagascar.
A traditional French dessert, dacquoise is a dessert cake typically made with layers of hazelnut meringue and whipped cream ( or buttercream) on a biscuit base. Ours is filled with toffee caramel creamy and mouse made with milk chocolate from Madagascar.
